研究背景

研究结果显示:中国居民大米口粮年消费量1亿吨左右,2010年大米口粮消费总量达到9345万吨,占到国内口粮消费的51.39%;较2000年提高3.81个百分点。

大米消费在居民口粮消费中地位进一步提高推动大米加工水平提高、市场容量快速扩大、行业市场结构快速变化。其中,中小企业市场份额市场份额由2000年85%市场份额降到不足20%;规模以上大米加工企业产量由2000年1500万吨增长到2010年8244万吨,年均增长18.6%,尤其是最近两年规模以上企业保持30%以上年度增长率。规模以上产品市场价值由2000年26亿元增长到2010年2803亿元,增长超过10倍,复合年均增长率达到26.5%。
