据国际食品法典委员会(CODEX)消息,近日国际食品法典委员会修订或新增了3项水产品标准。它们分别为:鱼酱标准;活鲍鱼、冷冻生鲍鱼或者即食或再加工鲍鱼标准;烟熏鱼、烟调味鱼与烟干鱼标准。具体见下表:
